Dr. Landers joined Puget Sound Surgical Center, coming from The Bariatric and Metabolic Institute at The Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Landers completed General Surgery residency at The University of Rochester (New York), served 4 years as a General Surgeon with The U.S. Navy, and completed Bariatric Surgery and flexible endoscopy fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Landers was stationed in Everett and Bremerton with the U.S. Navy and is thrilled to be back in the Seattle area. He is particularly enthusiastic about the most effective treatments for obesity, and the cure of obesity related diseases such as diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, and sleep apnea.
Dr. Landers specializes in advanced laparoscopic procedures including laparoscopic Roux en Y Gastric Bypass, lap sleeve gastrectomy, lap adjustable gastric banding, anti-esophageal reflux surgery, gastric pace-maker placement for gastroparesis, screening and therapeutic upper and lower endoscopy, ERCP, as well as all other General Surgery.
Dr. Landers enjoys family time with his two children ages four and five, and is active in their school activities and community.
