Weight Loss Surgery
We believe that weight-loss surgery is most successful in the setting of a multi-disciplinary program involving nutritionists, physical therapists, psychologists and support groups. We offer the Lap-band procedure and laparoscopic gastric bypass. Both procedures provide excellent long-term success—and should be made individually. Your surgery will be done laparoscopically resulting in less pain, less scarring and easier recovery overall. Our goal is that you will lose greater than 50 percent of your excess body weight the first year and it will be done in a gradual healthy manner.
We have had the privilege of performing hundreds of laparoscopic surgeries and our outcomes have been outstanding. Furthermore, we offer a free-standing outpatient surgical experience where your surgery as well as your consultations (and follow-up appointments) will be held, providing a convenient and comfortable pre and post-operative care environment. It’s a part of our comprehensive program!
